Back, again.

from krabi this time round.

noticed i've changed the settings? will prefer something much simpler, too many complications in life that i reckoned mine can be simple. well, i'll go into that another time perhaps..

back to KRABI!
it's pretty much a hush hush trip, i.e. an extremely last min trip planned either before or after my bday, cant really remember the timeline and many people will not know bout this trip except for the closer friends around and you who is reading my entry now. a trip to krabi is my 2010 pressie from the roomie. haha.
krabi is a foodie paradise! Everything is so yummilicious and making decisions on what to eat everyday is too much a torture; we ended up eating everything EVERYDAY. yes, every is an understatement. The much regretted consequences will of course be the additional 2kg on the weighing scale, sulks. no need for fanciful restaurants, the roadside stalls sell as delicious, if not, more yummy food at much discounted prices. haha, that is if you didnt get rip off by the roadsidde hawkers. some of them are less upfront with their calculations, so always ask for the price first before ordering!
this is what i eat EVERYDAY! banana chocolate pancake, it's almost like prata just that the crust is thin and crispy. the thais serve a mean dish of noodle soup in chicken, beef, fish and beef balls, i never had this before previously. the serving is a tad little though, im sure this is only an appetisier to most guys except for mayb the birthday boy today aka laoda!we buy the grills from auntie EVERYNIGHT! chicken, beef, chicken heart, liver, cuttlefish, all grilled tender and juicy!this is how the roomie does his bread every morning, thick jam and butter. eeks, fats.on our way for the island-hopping day tour, bright and sunny weather awaits us. hee.

some princess cave island, clear water and nice big structures, totally made by mother nature. the difficulty of a 2-pax trip happens during photography, tough to take a picture of us.

this is the chicken island, we thought it looks more like a dick-head though. haha, pardon my language!
the local boats, also known as longtails.and we build sandcastles too, on poda island.
my favourite tom yum!
supper in the rooms. our nightly activities comprise of eat, walk, massage, eat (dinner), walk, packed supper, back to room, eat, watched the limited english channels and sleep!i mean it when i say i eat the pancake everyday!

breakfast at the resort. By the way, we stayed in Peace Laguna in Ao Nang. Not the cheapest accomodation, but definitely one of the best locations cos all the great food is just outside and it's only a stone throw away from the beach, ha. It's not that expensive anyway, we opted for the superior rooms in the new building and they're highly recommended. the cottages are much too lavish and the standard rooms equate to older and smaller rooms.
bettle bug comes visiting in the balcony!

our destinations for day 3, the hot spring and the emerald pool.

********************1/2 time break, im takin' forever to do this***********************

back and determined to finish this entry. so 3rd day finds ourselves travelling around an hour to the hot spring then the emerald pool. it's all au natural, that makes both the hot spring and the green emrald pool really impressive.

and it's foodie time again! really got to sleep, another 30% to go...
