discounting all the draft entries, this is officially the 83th post. =)
sulky day, cos i forgot to start my day with a yummilicious ferrero rocher. and the morning run has been disasterous. not exactly the run itself, but the messing-up of my work schedule after the run. why?
simply because:
run at 730am= tiredness after the run=temptation to catch a wink after that= refusal to wake up=late for appts=pushing back of appts=need to reschedule some appts=no discipline=lousy me!
but of course, the above scenario describes only yours truly. not sure about my other colleagues la. guess i can only improve on that. shall not sleep after the run next week, the zzz monster is addictive!
alright, going off to work now.
