attended a time management training this morning - 7 strategies altogether.
1. Setting the foundation of what you want to accomplish
2. Always plan the night before
3. 80/20 Rule
4. Prioritise
5. Schedule your day realistically
6. Getting Organized
7. Be equipped with the necessary tools to make you successful
writing incoherently...anyway the 7 strategies are useful. this is the first audio training that i've managed to complete without falling asleep. most of the time, it's either i dont understand what the trainer is talking about or i fell asleep...hee.
