Liquids cafe

That's a new hangout place for you.

Located along upper bt timah and right opposite al amin; it's at the corner in Goh&Goh building. Pretty much a cozy place but there's lots of construction goin on outside the cafe.

I was told by a prospect to meet here, I wonder why this place. Waiting for lunch to be served, I'm super hungry.

Anyway, I found them! My latest craze over banana choco sticks.

Grin, I just got a handful of them.

I can smell my food, reviews later!

GS meeting

That's goal set meeting for you, a perfecto excuse to chill out at Dempsey, PS cafe.

While I'm typing this, Steph is savouring her lunch. She was at powermoves for pilates prior to this, thinking if i should join her, seems fun and all. I wonder why is this place so crowded on a lazy afternoon at 230pm, the picture doesn't do much justice, really.

Actual meeting starts from now.

Rain or shine?

The weather has been pretty erratic these days. One moment the sun is bright and glaring; before you know it, it's raining cats and dogs.

Was driving through the damn super-duper heavy rain yesterday and man, it's tedious! I wonder how the motorcyclists travel in this condition. Honestly, it's almost impossible to see them especially the blind spots. As much as they were afraid of being knocked down, I was darn scare as well.

I have been using my speckys quite often for the past 2-3 weeks. Even though my eyesight did not deterioate further, I still can't see clearly. Perhaps it's time to get a new set of speckys.

Escargots galore!
Spotted these super vunerable creatures while walking back to ofc, haha.

Till the next post!

Please don't eat my entry!

Just realized blogger ate up my entry! Was blogging about the long queue at ikea alexandra and to illustrate the attrocious queue, I managed to finish my entry before it's my turn to get the trays and cutlery. Boos!

Was at halia, botanical gardens for hi-tea with the babes yesterday; a busy and bustling avenue for the atas expat wives and daughters. Don't think any of us are going in their direction, after all, our bfs are non-expats. Haha.

Food is yummy and even though the portion seems small, the entire serving is very filling. And it's pretty affordable, good ambience. A pity we can only stay there for 2.5hrs maximum and they'll be close in preparation for dinner crowds.

Ah-goh, post the pics soon k! :)

On a totally random note, this gotta be my latest favourite snack.

These chocolate banana sticks are not to be missed, got this in a cold-storage lookalike mart in Bali. I thought I saw this in Singapore as well, gonna comb the marts soon.

What other combinations other than bananas and chocolate make great desserts? Nothing as yet, according to my book of wonderful foodies.

Greetings from Bali III

It's sucky to countdown to the end of my holidays! Sulks.

Bali has been great; more of a walk, shop and eat trip rather than sightseeing and all. We've bought quite a couple of stuff that I'm now worrying if we will manage the luggage to 25kg. Keeping the fingers crossed.

When we go back to Bali next year, guess we're gonna cover ubud and the other attractions and learn surfing! I propose that we take a week to 2 weeks of hols instead. That is to also say, I've gotta start working hard when I'm back. Honestly, that sucks.

One of my favourite breakfast, the mee goreng!

We were walking along Kuta beach this morning, many surfers despite the red flag.

The heavy and congested traffic everyday. Needs a lot of skills and courage to drive in Bali.

One of the streets we walked many times, Jalan Poppies II and I of course! :)

We stayed in Harris Kuta and the location is damn good as well.

It's just beside the beach and on the same stretch along with hard rock, so it's pretty easy to walk around and navigate around town. But I guess I won't go back to Harris a second time. It's pretty good and all, just that there might be better options around.

While typing this, we are actually waiting for the transport to the airport 2 hours later. Didn't want to walk around as we will start sweating and get all smelly before boarding the plane.

My holidays is coming to an end, screams!!!
